At Titan Solutions we employ an industry-leading AutoTask ticketing system. This ensures proper logging of time and work notes while also getting you the help you need quickly.

Our clients can request support by:

  • Call or email – Our friendly Titan team members will manually create a ticket for you.
  • Creating a ticket on our website – Provide a quick description of the problem on our website and you will soon be contacted directly by our next available resource.
  • Creating a ticket via an icon placed on the desktop – Our managed clients can create a ticket via an icon on their desktop, which then is sent to our team.
  • Auto-Creation – Tickets can be auto-created after failure events are detected. Our monitoring services constantly look out for any issues.

Tickets are not closed until our clients are satisfied with the resolution.
